Terms of Service

All information is for BTA Enterprises dba ANRO use & will be kept strictly confidential, & that includes an email address. We do not sell or give email adress to anyone, but reserve the right to send out a newsletter, relay important info or service schedules.

Service Agreement
BTA Enterprises dba ANRO agrees to provide initial pest control treatment inside and outside of residential or commercial properties. Services there after the initial, we agree to provide continuous pest control treatment inside or outside of residential or commercial properties for each schedule service. All labor and products will be furnished by BTA Enterprises dba ANRO to provide the most efficient pest control and maximum safety required by federal, state and city regulations.

* Does not include Carpenter Ants, Termites & other occasional invaders; Birds, Rodents, Spiders, Crickets, Pilbugs, Mosquitoes, Fleas, 
  Bees, Mice, Rats and other rodent, Beetles and et... 
  Service to control these pests may be obtained by the customer under separate agreement & possible additional service charge(s)

Service
BTA Enterprises dba ANRO provides Pest Control service for control of any pests written in the service agreement. Provide control for the periodic eradication of existing infestations within practical limits & time. We will provide professional pest management service and support for all customers. Safety comes first from us for you, your love ones and pets!

Service Location
Pest Control service will be provided for customer's premises (service name if different from billing name).

Service Schedule
BTA Enterprises dba ANRO technicians will service the customer's premises once (1) per service agreement.
Service schedules available are; monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or via on call bases. If additional service is deemed necessary by us, the customer may access additional charges as justified and will be notified prior to service request. (See Warranty) Service visits shall be made promptly via a routine schedule or when requested by the customer.

Term Of Agreement
The agreement shall be effective for an original period of one year. Thereafter, the agreement shall renew itself from month to month until terminated by either party upon thirty days' written notice.

Guarantee
BTA Enterprises dba ANRO agree to provide excellent customer service and support to rid your property & structure of pesky vermin within a reasonable time frame.

Warranty
BTA Enterprises dba ANRO service warranty for 30 days from the date of pest control service rendered.
Service is guaranteed for 30 day, with one time Follow Up or Re-Treatment (same service type) at no additional charge.
Optional services required within the 30 day warranty (general treatment) may be charged 50% of regular service.
Service request after the warranty period are subject to full service charge &/or additional charge(s) for other services.
Additional charges must be in agreement by both parties prior to service being scheduled.

Payments
In consideration for the service provided by BTA Enterprises dba ANRO, the customer agrees to pay ANRO, the total charges plus tax (if required) at the time of service or upon receipt of invoice for services rendered.

Payments are payable by cash, check, money order or online payment is also available via our web site

All charges for service(s) require full payment at time of service rendered or a late fee will be accessed.

Checks/Money Orders
Payment by mail must be issued and received in BTA Enterprises dba ANRO office no later than 3 days after the date of service. Returned checks are subject to a processing fee plus Late Fee.

Credit Cards
With your credit card information and permission, we can automatically charge the credit card for service(s) rendered. You will receive an email notice of the charge. If the email bounces, we will attempt to contact you by other means.

Credit Card Declined
If your credit card is declined, we will notify you and will need updated credit card information. If your credit card is declined, your account may be subject to a process fee plus Late Fee.

Credit Card Charge Back
If we receive a notice of your bank requesting credit charge back, your account will be charged a process fee plus a late fee(s).

Note:  If your credit card has expired, we will not add fee(s) to your account. Instead, we will notify you and ask for updated credit card information.

Late Payment
All charges for treatment service require full payment at time of service rendered. It’s our policy to notify customers of their past due balance to assure no late fee or interruption of service.

Late Fees
Late payment fee will be accessed 3 days after service rendered and with additional Late Fee per 30 days after service. Payment arrangements are available.

Break in general pest control service will require a Reactivation Fee plus a Late Fee.
Annual Termite Renewal after 2 years of non payment will require access a Reinstatement Fee plus a Late Fee for per annum.

BTA Enterprises dba ANRO wants to avoid addition fee(s) and help keep services active.
In order to prevent late fee and/or interruption of service, payments are due in full on the day of service or within 3 business days from date of service rendered. Payment arrangements are available, but must be made prior to service rendered.
